Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Running a household can make you be creative in the kitchen. In our case a lot of it is driven by the fact that we hate throwing edibles away and feel horrible when they go bad without consumption. Hence we come up with ideas to consume what we have available in the kitchen. The origin of this recipe is a lonely banana lying on our dining table staring at Mr’s face, until he picked it up and turned it into a smoothie!


  1. Banana – 1 (ripe)
  2. Peanut Butter – 1 tbsp heaped
  3. Yoghurt – 2/3 cup
  4. Milk – 1/3 cup
  5. Honey – 1 tbsp (optional)


  • Blend banana, peanut butter, yoghurt and milk together. To add sweetness you can add 1 tbsp of honey before blending.
