Breakfast Banana Muffins

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The MRS. is a BIG believer and supporter of this. When breakfast comes together this easily and tastes divine, it demands to be shared with loved ones. Although we cannot host you for a breakfast of these indulgent muffins, we can share the recipe for sure. Packed with hearty ingredients, these muffins are like having dessert for breakfast. Now that’s the kind of food the MRS. loves!


  1. Oats – 2 cups
  2. Yogurt – 1 cup
  3. Bananas – 3 medium
  4. Eggs – 2
  5. Honey – 2 tbsp
  6. Baking powder- 1½ tsp
  7. Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
  8. Pinch of salt
  9. Nuts and chocolate – 1/2 cup


  • Preheat oven to 180°C.*
  • In a food processor, add all the ingredients. Pulse until everything is well combined.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Enjoy!!

*temperature and time varies depending on your oven. I suggest to keep a check after the first 12 minutes.
